Effective: 21 October 2026
MechaLogics uses inquiry information to respond to your request and perform agreed services. This policy covers designoslab.com, its inquiry forms and related project communications. Privacy contact: contact@designoslab.com.
01 · Information collected
Required inquiry fields are your name, email address, selected service and project requirements. Optional fields include company or organisation, working languages, a sharing link and up to three attachments. Your correspondence and, if you place an order, quotation, delivery and transaction records are also processed. Files may contain personal information: remove information that is unnecessary for the inquiry and share only what you are authorised to provide. Do not submit passwords, full payment-card details, government identifiers or unrelated sensitive personal data.
02 · Purposes and processing grounds
We use this information to answer inquiries, assess the requested one-time free sample, prepare quotations, confirm and deliver orders, handle corrections, cancellations and complaints, and comply with legal recordkeeping obligations. Processing is based on steps you request before a contract, performance of the agreed service, legal duties and consent where required by applicable law. Inquiry information is not used for unsolicited marketing or sold to advertisers.
03 · Retention periods
For an inquiry that does not become an order, the operating retention period is six months from the last substantive communication, unless earlier deletion is requested or a justified legal need applies. Working source files and attachments for a completed project are retained for the agreed project period; if none is agreed, the default is 90 days after final delivery for correction support, followed by deletion. Minimal transaction records may be retained separately where law requires: contract or withdrawal records and payment or supply records for five years, and consumer complaint or dispute records for three years where those rules apply. An active dispute or legal preservation duty may require the relevant records to be retained until that need ends. Statutory records do not justify keeping every source attachment for the same period.
04 · Service providers and inquiry delivery
FormSubmit, operated as a Devro LABS service, receives the submitted fields and attachments and forwards them to contact@designoslab.com. Its documentation describes a 30-day submission archive and states that uploaded files are not retained in that archive. Google Workspace provides the receiving mailbox and email storage. Framer provides website hosting and built-in traffic analytics. These providers process data for their respective delivery, storage, hosting and security functions under their service terms. Contact us before sending material that requires a different processing arrangement.
05 · International processing
The services above use international infrastructure. Google Workspace data may be processed by Google and its subprocessors outside your country, including the United States; locations depend on the service, account configuration and provider terms. FormSubmit does not identify specific processing countries in the public documentation reviewed for this policy, so we do not represent that submissions remain in Korea. Transfers occur electronically when you submit a form, send an email or use the hosted site, and are limited to the data needed for those functions. Where applicable law requires additional country-specific information, a transfer safeguard or separate consent, we must provide or establish it before the relevant transfer. If you need a verified processing location, contact us before using the form or sending personal or confidential material.
06 · Sharing and project tools
We do not disclose your information to unrelated third parties, publish it or use it as a public sample without permission, except where disclosure is required by law. If a project requires an external collaborator or an additional cloud or AI processing service, the relevant provider, data scope and handling conditions must be agreed before confidential or personal information is shared. Public demonstration material does not constitute permission to reuse a customer’s files.
07 · Deletion and security
When the retention purpose ends, we delete electronic copies using the available system deletion functions and destroy any paper copies securely. Records that must be preserved are separated and access is restricted. Provider backup and recovery copies follow the provider’s deletion cycle; we do not promise instant removal from every backup. Access is limited to what the inquiry or project requires. We use service access controls and secure transmission where available, and agree special handling requirements before receipt. No online service can guarantee zero risk.
08 · Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent by emailing contact@designoslab.com. We verify identity only as reasonably necessary and explain any legal restriction on the request. You may decline optional fields without losing the ability to make an inquiry. If information necessary to respond or perform a contract is withheld, that part of the service may be unavailable. You may also complain to the competent privacy authority. We do not knowingly solicit inquiries from children under 14; a parent or guardian should contact us if such information has been submitted.
09 · Analytics and spam protection
Framer’s built-in analytics supplies aggregate site-usage statistics without persistent visitor cookies. The inquiry delivery flow may display FormSubmit’s spam check, including Google reCAPTCHA, which can process browser and security information under the relevant provider’s terms. Browser privacy settings may affect these features. This policy does not claim that third-party services never use cookies. We do not use the inquiry form to make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.
10 · Contact and updates
The MechaLogics operator handles privacy inquiries at contact@designoslab.com. Please identify the inquiry date and relevant file or order when asking about a record. We publish material changes and a new effective date on this page, and obtain additional consent where required. This policy describes the current inquiry and project workflow; payment-provider details will be disclosed before a new payment service is used.
