We keep submitted materials confidential and use them only to review your inquiry and carry out the work agreed with you.
01 · Confidentiality and permitted use
We do not publish, sell or disclose your submitted documents, drawings, videos or project information to unrelated third parties without your permission. We do not use them as public samples, portfolio material or advertising without your prior consent. This excludes the delivery services described below and disclosures required by law.
02 · Access and project processing
Access is limited to what is needed to respond to the inquiry and perform the agreed work. If a project requires an external collaborator or an additional processing service, we will agree the scope of sharing and handling with you before sending confidential materials.
03 · Inquiry delivery services
The current inquiry form uses FormSubmit to deliver your entries and attachments to the MechaLogics email inbox, contact@designoslab.com. FormSubmit and the email service provider therefore process the transmission or storage of these materials under their own terms. The form is not a dedicated confidential-document portal.
04 · Before you send files
For the first inquiry, send a representative excerpt with sensitive details removed. Files totalling 10MB or less can be attached; for larger files, provide a sharing link. Avoid public links for confidential materials. Agree access permissions, handling requirements and any non-disclosure agreement before sharing complete confidential documents.
05 · Retention and deletion requests
Contact contact@designoslab.com to request deletion of submitted materials or discuss a retention period. We will confirm the materials covered and any project-record, legal or third-party service limitations before confirming completion. Please include the inquiry date and file names so the request can be identified.
06 · Security questions
If you have specific requirements for storage, restricted access or project tools, contact us before uploading. We will confirm whether the requested handling can be supported. No online transmission or storage method can guarantee zero risk.
