ENGINEERING SERVICES
Technical material becomes useful when it is structured as engineering data.
MechaLogics provides four services available today: technical document translation, technical document analysis, drawing review and analysis, and mechanism video analysis. Each service preserves the source, structures engineering meaning and relationships, and delivers reviewable findings rather than an unexplained result.
FOUR SERVICES, ONE CONTROLLED DATA PROCESS
01 — Technical document translation
Manuals, specifications, datasheets, catalogues, and technical reports are translated with terminology, units, tables, figures, equipment function, and operating sequence interpreted together. The reviewed translation is delivered with DTP. US$10 per page; minimum project charge US$100.
02 — Technical document analysis
Requirements, functions, specifications, system configuration, interfaces, procedures, assumptions, and evidence are extracted and related. Repeated values are cross-checked; contradictions, omissions, and unresolved conditions are listed. Starting at US$200.
03 — Drawing review and analysis
Existing mechanical and electrical drawings are reviewed for views, symbols, dimensions, tolerances, datums, notes, part relationships, and assembly interfaces. Missing or conflicting information and manufacturing or assembly risks are recorded. Starting at US$300.
04 — Mechanism video analysis
Key frames are selected to identify visible components, actuators, constraints, contact points, motion order, transmission paths, and operating sequence. Hidden structure is recorded as inference, not fact. Starting at US$200.
05 — Common validation
Translations, analyses, relationship maps, tables, and reports are checked against the source, requirements, units and values, terminology consistency, component and interface relationships, and applicable engineering criteria. Each result records its source, check, status, and open issue as CONFIRMED, INFERRED, or HOLD.
HOW DESIGN DATA IS STRUCTURED AND USED
Source identity and traceability
Every record retains the file, revision, page, drawing view, table, or video timestamp from which it came. Later findings can be traced back to the original context.
Engineering meaning
Terms, units, requirements, functions, components, parameters, operating conditions, and constraints are normalized so that equivalent, repeated, or conflicting information can be compared.
System relationships and criteria
Structural groups, components, interfaces, motion and flow paths, dependencies, candidate choices, and applicable criteria are connected to show how a local issue affects the system.
Validation and reusable outputs
The same structured data can be presented as a reviewed translation, requirement table, component map, drawing issue list, motion sequence, or validation record without losing its source and status.
METHODS DEVELOPED THROUGH DESIGN-OS R&D
AI supports the flow; engineering criteria control the decision.
For these services, source material is treated as a partial view of a larger engineering state. Customer intent, requirements, functions, structure, interfaces, parameters, evidence, risk, and revision are kept connected so that the output can support a practical decision.
